The UNIVERSAL block machine is the first in our range of high production fully automatic plants which requires only one operator for control and supervision. The entire production, handling and packaging processes are computer-managed with customized and easy to use software.
Being a fully automatic installation it results in a highly optimized factory, with low energy consumption and easy operation and maintenance. The synchronized vibration system of the block machine has proven to be extremely reliable and efficient, while being very easy to maintain. It can use variable production pallets sizes up to 1400 mm long and 900 mm wide.
For the transfer of products to the curing chamber, the line has got an automatic finger car with different options in terms of: number of floors, load capacity, possibility of rotation, etc. In short, a multitude of variables to customize the installation according to the needs of each project.
For packaging, it has a fast and automatic electromechanical palletizer with central column.
