• The Novabloc concrete products machine is offered with our traditional, patented and quite experienced mechanical system of • modular vibration, although servo-vibration system, driven by 4 servo-motors is an option as well.
• Both systems enable to control the amplitude, frequency, phase shifting speed and other parametres of the vibration.
• The Novabloc machine can be offered to manufacture on either wooden, steel, or plastic production boards with dimensions ranging from (1200 - 1400) to (550 - 900) mm. and can be optionally equipped to manufacture face mix products.
•The Novabloc is equipped with one or two automatic finger cars customized to the requirements of each project in terms of the number of levels, loading capacity, rotating platform. A manual or automatic buffer system for production boards can also be included.
• The Novabloc concrete products machine line includes an electronic automatic palletizer with central column and the following specifications:
- High speed of the translation and up & down movements.
- Independent grasping from the two sides, controlled by encoder to apply to each product the right pressure parametres (duly saved for each product at the running program).
- Optional vacuum system for stacking thin pavers and slabs.
• There are different options for the removal of the packages with products out of the line according to the requirements of each project:
- Roller track conveyor
- Slat conveyor
- Wheeled cart (on rails)
